Teen tried in vain to warn Apple about FaceTime bug

A couple of days ago, Apple disabled FaceTime over its range of products because of a bug that allows users to hear audio from iOS devices they have called using FaceTime even before that parry has accepted the call. Now, it turns out that a teenager and his mom tried to warn Apple about this bug.
