Android Q's system-wide Dark Mode could work with some third party apps

Android Q is going to over a system-wide Dark Mode feature made for system apps, Google apps and third party apps. Google will allow Android Q users to have Dark Mode enabled all of the time, disabled all of the time, or off in the morning and on at night.
